There will be an upcoming planned maintenance for the university’s Unified Communication (VoIP) Telephone System on Thursday, October 1st, starting at 5:30 pm and lasting until 9:30 pm. During this time, the Cisco VoIP phones at both Russellville and Ozark may reboot several times and associated services may be unavailable for periods of time. Incoming calls and voicemail should be largely unaffected. This maintenance will allow the Office of Information Systems to renew installed security certificates that allow the phone system to function correctly. Actual losses of service are expected to be short but the entire window is reserved.
