If you’re planning on doing any holiday shopping online, consider setting up a PayPal account to help secure your credit information.
With Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Giving Tuesday events right around the corner, email scams will also be on the increase, so be sure to double-check all email and information contained in email sales advertisements.
Retail and online Stores will never ask you to verify your credit card information via email after purchase.
