The OIS – Information Security Office wants to give a friendly reminder to everyone that with the start of the semester there are and will be more email phishing attempts than normal. These things tend to pick up during all of our busy seasons. Thank you all for remaining cyber aware thus far!
We’re including a few snapshots of what phishing emails can look like. This is not exhaustive by any means, so please just take this as a general idea of what they can look like.
–Reminder: Any email NOT coming from an official ATU address will have the pictured “External Sender” notification at the top! Always double check these emails before clicking on anything or responding!
