Starting Saturday, July 1, the Campus Support Center will adjust its hours of telephone support to serve the university community better and increase operational efficiencies. Telephone support will be available from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday. Automated self-support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on our support website support.atu.edu. Here we have many articles for common problems and continue to publish new articles regularly. We encourage all members of the ATU community to submit support requests on our support website. As you type in your question, the system will recommend solution articles that might answer your question right away.
Additionally, you can change or reset your password at any time through the Account Management System at https://ams.atu.edu. Support requests can also be emailed to campussupport@atu.edu at any time.
