There will be an upcoming planned network maintenance for a number of buildings on the Russellville Campus on Sunday, July 2nd, starting at 3:00 am and lasting until 10:00 am. During this time, the following locations will experience periods of no wired and wireless connectivity, including a loss of phone (VoIP) services:

Brown Residence Hall
Center for Energy Studies

For wireless on both Russellville and Ozark campuses, as well as wired connectivity in M-Street, Nutt, and University Commons, maintenance will also affect the network authentication servers starting at 7:00 am and lasting until 10:00 am. During this time, devices in these areas attempting to start a connection may experience delays or failures to connect.
This maintenance period will allow Network Services to deploy software/firmware to the network hardware for security and bug-fix updates. While the times for connectivity losses are expected to be limited, the entire window is reserved.
