Around 5:30 PM, the Office of Information Systems was made aware of an error preventing applications from loading on some virtual desktops.
Virtual desktops impacted include Remote Students, Engineering Desktops, and some Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center lab computers.
OIS engineers are currently troubleshooting the issue and have engaged the vendor for support. We do not have an estimated restoration time now.
