Ellucian system engineers continue to address the performance issues affecting OneTech today. While performance improved throughout the day, an emergency maintenance window is required to handle the root cause of today’s problems completely. The maintenance will begin at 9 pm and last until 1 am. Ellucian expects this will restore OneTech to full functionality.
OIS will continue to monitor the situation throughout this incident and update the Arkansas Tech community as more information is available.
