Our system administrators worked with our VDI vendor late into the night to troubleshoot the root cause of the VDI issues we encountered yesterday. The problem was caused by a hardware failure that produced data inconsistencies, resulting in the service interruption.
At this time, we are still working with the vendor to restore the service. We do not have an estimated time for the restoration of services. More information will be made available as we continue to troubleshoot the issue.
