We’re writing to let you know about the planned maintenance in October 2024, taking place on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 00:00 (midnight) to 8:00 CT.
The following products will be impacted during this work:
- Mastering
- Students may be unable to access Mastering courses intermittently during the entire maintenance window. This includes those courses integrated with an LMS.
- Students may not able to register for or enroll in any of these courses.
- Instructors may be unable to create new or copy existing courses.
- A maintenance notification will appear at login or when users try to access these courses.
The following products will not be impacted during this work and will remain as available:
- XL MyLab, MathXL for School and Mastering Platform Update courses: You and your students will be able to access XL courses for the entire maintenance window.
- Learning Catalytics and StatCrunch: You and your students will be able to access these tools during the maintenance window.
We are alerting you now so you’ll have time to plan and adjust assignments if needed. Please remember to inform your students of this work so they can adjust their schedules too.
Our Pearson System Status webpage has product impact details on the “Planned Maintenance” tab. We’ll also post messages three days prior to the event on the product sign-on pages.
