Cisco Webex has planned an upcoming scheduled maintenance for the Webex LTI integration. The maintenance will begin on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 11:00 pm CST and will last for 8 hours. During the maintenance period, Webex LTI will be unavailable inside Blackboard Learn Ultra.
Action required:
Once the maintenance is complete, instructors must log back in with Webex inside the LMS and accept the requested permissions. This step is necessary to use certain features that require Webex access, such as scheduling new meetings and will ensure seamless functionality moving forward. Instructors will also need to reauthorize with the LMS from the Setup tab.
