There will be an upcoming scheduled network maintenance on Sunday, March 1st, starting at 5:00 am and lasting until 11:00 am. During this period, wired and wireless connectivity in the ATU residence halls may be unavailable.
Between 8:00 am and 11:00 am, there may also be brief periods of internet and VPN connectivity loss.
This maintenance will allow Network Services to update the network firmware in the residence halls and the university’s firewalls. There will also be an update to the version of Globalprotect required to connect to the ATU VPN. After the maintenance, new connection attempts may require a second connection after the first one establishes and silently downloads and installs the update.
Losses of connectivity are expected to be short, however, the entire window is reserved.
