Faculty and students have reported several issues that we are currently working to resolve. The primary concerns we are hearing about involve emailed announcements and notifications, as well as AI Conversation assignments.
At this time, the main issues being reported are:
- AI Conversations not working at all.
- Emails and notifications either not being sent or experiencing significant delays.
We have open tickets with Blackboard Support regarding these issues and we’re working diligently with their support team to get them resolved as quickly as possible. As of October 7, 2026, at 7:08 a.m., these issues are still ongoing.
