Network Services Maintenance Outage
On Sunday, October 5th, 2014 beginning at 12:00am Network Services will be performing maintenance on the Application Load Balancers. During this time the following services will be intermittently unavailable; Exchange, BlackBoard Learn, Self Service Banner, INB, www.atu.edu, and Wireless. Maintenance is expected to last until 2:00am.
Intermittent Login Issues Due to Accessing of Network Storage Drives, I, U and T and Office Applications
We have been experiencing intermittent issues with delayed login times due to problems accessing the network storage drives, such as I, U, and T. This issue is also affecting the loading of Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. We are currently working with our storage provider to resolve the issue.
