**UPDATE – Lake Point Currently Having Network Connectivity Issues

Lake Point is currently experiencing network connectivity issues due to a power flicker.  We are also in the process of replacing a piece of hardware.  Services will be restored as soon as the equipment replacement is complete.  A followup announcement will be posted.

Chrome Browser No Longer Supporting Java by Default

The Chrome browser is no longer supporting Java, which is needed for Banner to run.  The workaround is switch to another browser, such as Firefox or Internet Explorer, or you can contact Campus Support (campussupport@atu.edu) for us to assist you in adjusting the Chrome default settings to allow Java. Network Connectivity Issues at Lake Point Resolved

The network connectivity issues at Lake Point have been resolved.  The connectivity problems were due to a hardware issue.  If you are still experiencing issues with the network at Lake Point, please contact Campus Support at 479.968.0646.

Issues with Logging into Office 365

We are currently receiving reports of issues logging into Office 365.  We are currently working to resolve the issue, but do not have an ETA on the resolution as of yet.  We will post a followup announcement as we know more.
