Single sign-on on the OIS Support Portal (support.atu.edu) is back online. The issue was caused by a certificate on Parature’s side needing to be updated. If you are still having an issue, please let us know at campussupport@atu.edu.

Campus Support is currently receiving multiple calls regarding performance issues with Blackboard. We have contacted our administrators, and they are looking into the issues. We will post a follow-up announcement when we know more.
