We are currently experiencing OneTech service interruptions, access to OneTech may be sporadic while the issue is investigated. We have opened a case with Ellucian, our vendor. We will post other announcements as needed.

The Ellucian Cloud status page is showing all systems operational, and we are able to log in now. The OneTech service interruption has been resolved. If you are still having an issue, please contact Campus Support at campussupport@atu.edu or 479.968.0646.

The Office of Information Systems has identified a service interruption affecting the Internet connection to the Ozark Campus and the telephone service to the Russellville Campus. Around 5:30 PM, the Office of Information Systems was made aware of an error preventing applications from loading on some virtual desktops. Virtual desktops impacted include Remote Students, Engineering Desktops, and some Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center lab computers.
