The Application Navigator forms not loading issue has been resolved as of 11:10 AM. They are still checking the logs to determine the cause.

Campus Support is receiving reports of forms not loading from Application Navigator. We are aware of the issue, and our admins are looking into it.
LTI/Partner Cloud Issues in Blackboard Resolved
Blackboard has issued a patch to bblearn.atu.edu that appears to have resolved the issues we experienced with LTI/Partner Cloud issues. Blackboard Issue with LTI/Partner Tools
Blackboard is currently investigating an ongoing issue concerning LTI/Partner tools (including McGraw Hill, Cengage, Macmillan, etc) that renders them unavailable. Currently there is no listed resolution time but we will post a follow-up announcement when the problem is resolved.
