Russellville Campus Experiencing Phone System Problems

The Russellville Campus is currently experiencing issues with our phone system.  We have spoken to Windstream.  This is a widespread outage affecting 2000 customers in this area, and may take a couple of hours to be restored.

Virtual Desktop Issues Resolved

As of 11:00 a.m. the virtual desktop issues were resolved.  If you are still having an issue, please contact the Campus Support Center at 479.968.0646.

Update on Virtual Desktop Outage

Most of the virtual desktops are back online now; however, performance will be degraded for the next hour or so.  We will post another announcement when all is back to normal.

Virtual Desktop Outage

All virtual desktops are experiencing an outage at this time.  This affects the majority of the Library computers as well as all virtual labs on campus.  We are working to resolve this issue. We will post a followup announcement when it has been resolved.

Possible Internet Issues with ResNet

Campus Support is receiving a heavy volume of calls regarding issues with ResNet (network connectivity in the residence halls).  We are currently reviewing the issue.  We will post an announcement when the issues are resolved.
