We believe it may be a local switching issue because it is impacting services with Windstream and CenturyLink. Department of Public Safety is also impacted. If you need to reach them, please dial 911.

Campus Support is receiving reports of issues calling into Arkansas Tech. We aren’t sure which departments are having the issue, but we are aware of the issue. We are working with our providers to resolve the matter.
Blackboard Accessibility Issues with CenturyLink Resolved
The Blackboard accessibility issue with CenturyLink internet service appears to be resolved. It was a problem with their DNS not updating. If you are still having an issue, please reach out to us at campussupport@atu.edu or 479.968.0646.
