Microsoft Office 365 is now allowing users to log in at mail.atu.edu. Most Microsoft services should be restored at this time. Microsoft is continuing to work to restore all services. If you have questions, contact Campus Support at 479.968.0646 or firstname.lastname@example.org
We have initiated a ticket with Microsoft regarding the log in issues at mail.atu.edu. This is a known issue affecting many of their customers. They expect it to be resolved in 1 to 2 hours.
We are currently experiencing an issue with authentication on Microsoft’s side. This means there are currently issues logging in at mail.atu.edu.
