OIS will perform maintenance on our Single Sign-On system on Monday, February 19, starting at 6 am. During this time, signing on to any system behind our Single Sign-on system (ADFS) may be disrupted while a new security certificate is installed and configured.
Affected systems include, but are not limited to:
• OneTech
• Banner
• Office 365
• Webex
• Blackboard
• VPN
• OIS Support Portal
• various departmental systems utilizing SSO
The maintenance window is scheduled for 2 hours. However, we expect most systems to be available much sooner than that.
