Production Banner Downtime – November 30, 2013

Exchange Email Outage Scheduled
Exchange email services will be intermittently unavailable on Thursday, November 28 from 8pm – 12am for maintenance. This will interrupt access to Outlook Web Access and sending/receiving new messages from Outlook for Exchange users as well as sending and receiving new messages in OneTech. Wireless Maintenance Outage
On Saturday, November 23 at 3:00 a.m., the Campus wireless system will have a short maintenance outage. This will be to apply a software update for the wireless access points on the Russellville and Ozark campuses. The outage is expected to last no more than 15 minutes, and have minimal impact on users.
