Momentary Onetech Outage
Due to some users getting a ‘503 error’ upon login, we are restarting our OneTech server. We expect the outage to only last 15 to 20 minutes. If you have any questions, please contact the Campus Support Center at 479-968-0646 or campussupport@atu.edu.
OneTech Performance Issues
Campus Support is receiving calls regarding slow response time on OneTech. This appears to be due to the volume of users accessing it at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation, and take action as necessary.

Blackboard Collaborate Scheduled Maintenance
Blackboard will be having an extended maintenance window of their Collaborate servers on Saturday, December 21 2013. Collaborate will not be available during this time.
