Ellucian has applied a fix to the Banner environment to address the issues with degraded performance, and response times have returned to normal. If you are still having issues, please contact Campus Support at campussupport@atu.edu.
Banner and Argos Issues
We are currently receiving reports of slowness and timeouts in Banner and Argos. We have a critical case open with Ellucian regarding this issue.
Update on OneTech Issue

Duo Issue Resolved

OneTech Issues
We are currently receiving reports of an issue with OneTech. Our system admins have opened a case with Ellucian. We will post more information as it becomes available.
