Ellucian has applied a fix to the Banner environment to address the issues with degraded performance, and response times have returned to normal. If you are still having issues, please contact Campus Support at campussupport@atu.edu.

We are currently receiving reports of slowness and timeouts in Banner and Argos. We have a critical case open with Ellucian regarding this issue.
OneTech Update
Ellucian system engineers continue to address the performance issues affecting OneTech today. While performance improved throughout the day, an emergency maintenance window is required to handle the root cause of today’s problems completely.
