There is currently an AWS issue affecting OneTech/Ellucian. Some tiles may not open, or may receive an error. In some instances, OneTech will not load and gives a 505 error. They are working to resolve this issue.

The Campus Support Center is receiving calls regarding login issues caused by a Duo malfunction related to connectivity in AWS Regions. The issue seems to be intermittent, and we suggest you wait and try again.
