Banner Performance Issues Resolved
The issues we were experiencing with Banner and its applications has been resolved. We are still working with Ellucian to identify and correct any underlying issues. If you are still having an issue, please contact Campus Support at campussupport@atu.edu.
Banner Slowness Issue
We are currently receiving reports of Banner slowness. We are aware of it, and we have opened a case with our vendor. We will post more information as it becomes available.
Degree Works Scheduled Maintenance
The Degree Works system will be unavailable for use due to software and server upgrades on Saturday, July 27th, from 3:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. If you have any issues or questions, contact the Campus Support Center at campussupport@atu.edu or 479-968-0646.
Scheduled Production Banner Maintenance
There will be scheduled maintenance on the production Banner system on Saturday, July 13th, from 12:00 a.m. until 7:00 am.
