The network service interruption in Doc Bryan has been resolved. It appears there was an issue with a power outlet in the data closet. Facilities Management was able to repair it, and Network Services were able to get the network restored. If you are still having an issue, please contact Campus Support at 479.968.0646.

Possible Network Service Interruption in Doc Bryan
Campus Support is currently receiving reports of a network service interruption with wifi, VoIP phones, etc.. for the Doc Bryan building on the Russellville Campus. Network Services has been notified and are enroute to investigate.
Telephone Issues Resolved
The telephone issues affecting Ozark, Public Safety, and portions of the Russellville campus have been resolved. The cause of the Centurylink outage appeared to be a database issue on a server, and it impacted services in multiple markets in the United States. The phone issues affecting Ozark and Russellville campuses are beginning to clear up. Departments might once again begin receiving incoming calls.
